What is Masturbation ?
Masturbation is the mnaual sexual
stimulation of one's own genitals and lead
himself or herself to the point of orgasm.
Frequency of masturbation is determined by
many factors, like one's resistance to
transient sexual tension, hormone levels
influencing sexual arousal, sexual habits
established during youth, peer influences,
health, intensity of the ejaculatory urge,
and one's attitude to masturbation formed by
culture.
Masturbation can relieve
depression, stress. Masturbation can also be
particularly useful in relationships where
one partner wants more sex than the other.
It should be mentioned
that Masturbation is a healthy sexual
behavior. Like other behaviors, when over
practiced or addicted it can lead to both
psychological and physiological imbalances.
How much is too much
masturbation?
There are no certain criteria for this as
this depends a lot on the body constitution
of individual. However a frequency of 2 – 3
times in a week is considered as normal but
when done to extreme it may cause drastic
changes in brain and body chemistry.
Symptoms of over-masturbation are also known
as Sexual Exhaustion which may lead to
distressing liver and nervous system
functions, weak erection and in some case it
may even lead to impotence.

excessive sex hormones are produced and
there is a big change of body chemistry due
to very frequent masturbation.
